BOA has gotten a judgement for $8K on a CC Loan. What can they do now?

They can execute the judgment, and attach your non-exempt property. They cannot directly garnish your wages, but they can get to your bank account. You can find a complete list of exempt property under the Texas Property Code, chapters 41 and 42.
