Credit Card
I am being threatened to be sued by Chase CC Co. if I don't pay the balance of my credit card in full. I have missed 2-3 payments but not in a row. I have offered to make payments but they say unless I pay the amount that I am behind in full that I cannot make payments. Can you help me with this? Please....

Help you with what? I can't pay the bill. Check your credit card agreement. It probably says that if you don't pay on time, they can accelerate the balance.
