credit collection harrassment on the job

Is it legal for a credit card company to call your job repeatedly evan after you and your boss have stated that you will be suspended if they call again?

I am on the verge of getting suspended if the credit card compant calls for me on my job as this is considered personal calls and the collection person is very rude to our receptionist and my boss.
