Family Evicted
Can I sue my family for their portion of the balance of an eviction from an apartment? I was on the lease with my brother. He moved and my parents and I remained. They quit their jobs, and we got evicted. It is on my credit and I want everyone to be responsible. I need help to pay it, and they dont feel the need to.

You can sue them. The question is whether you can collect from them.
