Fiat Setting Submission
What is a Fiat Setting Submission? What do I have to do? The form that was sent to me had the place, time and date of the hearing, however I was looking at the same form they sent me using the case ID # and in the original form it says I can request a formal hearng. Why wouldn't that be on the same form the collector sent? The statement said that I could request a hearing but the collector would not be there. I really dont know what to do.

Your question is not clear..you could fax or email the "form" and a lawyer could tell if you are in a lawsuit or what???
