Can I file a lawsuit against a company (credit collection) for harrassment, mental anguishment and threats against me when I am not the person they are looking for no matter how many times I tell them respectfully that the perosn they are looking for does not reside here?

Yes. When the dirtbags call you, IMMEDIATELY ask for a name (human name), and the name and address of the company. If the guy won't give it to you immediately, hang up.
If you DO get an address, WRITE A LETTER (paper letter - lick a 44-cent stamp) and demand that they leave you alone. Tell them you know a good lawyer who will bury them in paper.
