Garnishing Wages

If you have taken out a pay day loan and you cant pay it can the company garish your wages to get their money or is it treated like a bad loan. What happens in this case. I do live in Texas and I thought that your wages could not be garnish by anyone except the IRS.

Wages cannot be garnisheed in Texas, even for a Payday Loan!
