if i have a judgement against me can they seize my bank acct in texas if me and my wife or childrens names are on it.

With a writ of garnishment, creditors can seize an y non-exempt property of yours. If that money is yours (of which cash is non-exempt in Texas), they can attach.

a good defense to garnishment is the property belongs to your wife..et al..but it may be a fight so be careful
