late charges
over 7 months ago i filed bankruptcy which was recently dismissed. during this time my mortgage payment was not being paid. the mortgage payment i paid to the trustee was returned to me so that i can now pay the mortgage directly.My question is, can the mortgage company charge me late charges for all of the time during the bankruptcy?

Yes. The Trustee should have been making the payments but don't look there for any satisfaction. It's difficult to attach any liability to the trustee.
