I loaned a friend 350.00 dollars to help him in a divorce.
we agreed for him to pay me 20.00 to 50.00 a month. i have not received a payment yet
this was in january.
i have a recording of him saying he owed me the money, also its on my credit card.
can i sue him?

Yes. You'll want to sue him in Small Claims Court. You don't need an attorney for that.
