Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My mother is continuously called at work up to ten times a day or more buy a debt collector. Both her and her employer have told the company that she is not allowed to recieve personal calls at work, yet they continue to call, claiming that they do not care if she loses her job. They have used foul language and when they have visited her employment have discussed her account outloud infront of her co-workers. They refuse to leave, request to speak to her boss, and until they are notified that the police will be called to escort them off premises is when they will leave. What are her legal rights in this situation.

If u know the name of the creditor and/or collector, write them to "cease and desist all contact other than in writing"..and if not successful, call me
