i moved in with my girlfriend and she went crazy and bought me all new clothes and thing i didn't need nor ask for now i moved out and she want me to pay for them or she will sue me and garnish my wages

She's bluffing. Don't let her scare you.

Wage garnishment in Texas is available for child support, spousal support, and IRS debts. It is NOT available to enforce an ordinary debt, ever.
