Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

If an original creditor is given a limited power of attorney from a law firm who is settling your debts, as well as a notice to go through them to make all payment arrangements and communication on the account. Can this original creditor still come in person to your place of employment and give you a deliquency letter?

As long as they don't breach the peace, it can be done. You need to do what you can to stop this or it can seriously affect your employment.

Talk to a bankruptcy attorney or a consumer credit attorney.

Thanks
