I have a outstanding payday adavnace that I was paying on and then had to stop because I couldnt make the payments anymore. I got a summons for this and I am scared I have no idea what this means and if I am going to jail or not sisnce I don have the funds to pay it. Will the court work with me or what am I looking at. I have never been in trouble before.

you cannot be put in jail for debt..but write an answer..the claim may be overcharging..
