Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Okay so I let a person borrowed over $400,I let them borrow it and told them they have till the end of this month to pay me in full amount, now they signed a contract but now they don't want to pay me back,so I visited their home, and went over options and they admitted they owe me money,I did mention my last resort would be legal actions. So I recorded the conversation without their knowledge bc they are liars,I went over the agreement and they agreed they owe me money. Is it illegal to use the recording if I want to take legal actions?? I did mention the contract, the agreement, and due date. Which they agreed to. I just want to make sure I can use the face to face recording done on my phone?

Yes, you can use the recording, and your recording of the conversation was legal.
