Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have a question about paid off debt i made a payment agreement pay off my debt but i made 2 payment on time but in dec i give my deit card to take my payment on but they did not now there say i get jail time My question sure i get a lawyer or try make a newpayment agreement

You are not getting jail time. You should either enter a repayment agreement or speak to a bankruptcy attorney if your debt is overwhelming.
