am i responsable
My husband bought a RV while we were married.It was in his name only,my name is not on the contract and i did not sign anything.Am i obligated to pay for this RV if i give it back to the bank?

That RV was a community debt and both you and he are liable. They'll look to the one who's easiest to collect from.
