Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

We are retired and have lived in our RV for 10 years & made all payments on time and in full. Due to health problems, we can no longer live in it, but cannot afford an apartment unless we get rid of this payment. We cannot find a buyer and are considering voluntary repossession. I know this will ruin our credit, but we may have no choice. What can we expect to deal with? Our only income is Social Security and Teacher Retirement. We have a minimum amount in savings and own nothing of any value except our 1999 Ford F350.

If you can't make the payments nor find a buyer, you may have a blemish on your credit..but it is no help to give voluntary repossession..see if you can find a tenant..and hopefully you have family assist you. there is no real legal help..as bankruptcy would wipe out the debt..but you seem to have nothing to protect..good luck
