revolving credit suit
I was served papers regarding a suit for a revolving credit card account for $1500 plus attorney fees. The credit limit was $500. How should I handle this? Is this
really legal?

what is not legal?? if served from a Court, presume it is..and send an answr and if you deny you owe, swear before a Notary..and mail...
