They cant sue me....or can they
A law firm that bought my credit card debit called and they want the full amount or they will sue and garnish my wages to pay it back...is that legal?

They can't garnishee your wages in Texas. They can sue you. Whether they can make it stick is another question entirely.

They can sue, whether they will win becomes an issue. When did you last pay anything in on this credit card? How much is the debt?
