Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I am being sued by a attorney to collect a credit card dept. first one i denied all alligations. I just recieved anoter one for a different credit card and i will also deny all alligations on this one also but from here whats the next step. Can they arrest me for non payment if the judge rules on there behalf.

You won't be arrested. Texas doesn't have a debtor's prison.
