Being sued by a creditor

I am being sued by a old creditor in the papers it states that ''Exhibit A'' represent a summary of tranaction on the account but there is no information listed nor does it states the creditor.

This is very common, many such suits are being filed. I recommend you hire an attorney who is familiar in handling these suits; they are defensible. It is dangerous to try to handle this suit on your own, not being conversant with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and discovery practices. There may even be some Fair Debt Collection Practices violations in connection with your suit if an experienced practitioner reviews the documents.
