Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Sued by Ohio Resident, but I live in Texas

I have been sued by a former client that I did some (Internet) work for. We have tried to settle but to no avail...the trial date is coming soon. The person is suing me in Ohio court but I live in Texas.

My question is, if for some reason I lose the trial and become liable for damages what can possibly happen to me living in Texas? Can they garnish wages for me and my wife or put a lien on our property? What other legal factors can happen to me that I am not aware of?
