Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

In Texas is it necessary to have the Lender's signature on a Promissory Note to make it legal and binding. I had the Borrowers signature notarized, but failed to have the Lender sign it.

Call the lender (bank?) and ask for a copy of the executed (signed) loan agreement. The copy they mail back will show both signatures - yours and the bank's.
