Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I traded in a car for a new vehicle. I made the loan in good faith, but now I just can't make the payments. They are too high. What are my options now? I am already 2 payments behind. My husband and I have both had medical problems and with those extra payments and cost of living we just can't get together that kind of money.

You may end up having to give up the vehicle. You will owe a deficiency. If you have lots of medical debts and a potential repo; you may want to consider talking to a bankruptcy attorney.
