? #1 How many "Buys" or "transactions" do both local/County or State or Federal undercover law enforcement have to make at a suspected Drug House, before a judge will grant a search warrant?

? #2 How long can law enforcement set on a grand jury Sealed Indictment before they must make an arrest.?

1) There is no set limit. The judge must simply find that the officers have probable cause to believe that evidence of a crime will be found in the place to be searched.

2) It depends on the facts of the case. Under Texas law, there is no set time limit, but it certainly might be unreasonable to hold on to an indictment for years and years without serving the warrant.
