Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

If a 15 year old was tried for murder in 2003, along with 2 co-defendants, and in 2005 her appeals court judge ruled that there was some degree of prejudice in her trial because she was not tried separately, and she has spent the last 10 years of a life term in prison, is it possible to get her verdict thrown out because of a Texas statute that says there cannot be any prejudice in her trial if she is tried with 2 other co-defendants?

No. She got the benefit of her complaint on appeal by having her case returned to court for a separate trial. There is no direct statute - it is a fact based issue.
