Arrest in 2000 for spanking step daughter
My ex and I were asked arrested (walk-in) based on daughter call 911. Basically, a child did not like discipline was spanked. CPS investigated-found no cause to charge/no billed/returned to home same day. Arrest still on record reflects injury to minor child-unable to obtain jobs because of this. Can this be sealed or expunged?
