Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested in Aug of last year for pcs, I`m 26 and live on my own. My mother who is crazy just told me that she calls the grand jury weekly and talks to them about me case. I have not been indicted yet just arrested is this possible for her to do?

They would not talk to her unless they called her to testify before them. Sounds like bogus junk. Talk to your lawyer about this.
