Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested and charged with a Class 3 Felony for supposedly evading. I was taken to the emergency room were they checked my bloodsugar and it was 55. I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 28 years. Have no criminal record have no other charge except for a ticket for failure to maintain a lane. How can I fight both charges?
