Re: assault on a family memeber/ revoked probation

Based on what you have written, you can always attempt to negotiate a deal with the prosecutor. Generally, the prosecutors will be less willing to give a pro se alleged defendant a deep reduction. You should really seek the assistance of a criminal defense law firm to assist you with this. There may be additional facts and/or evidence which could be presented to the judge and/or brought to the attention of the proseuctor and assist you. If my local criminal defense law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
