i nwas in an auto sound store done buisness there before ,returning my amp the partner in the buisness ,less than the other partner that i deal with refused to take my a,mp back we exchanged a few words he said leave are i will kick your fucking ass i left got to door to turn around to ask for my reciept he came up and shoved me i nevcer touched him or acted as if i would what are my recourses

This is considered assault by contact and is a class C misdemeanor.
It would be a class A if you suffered from some physical pain.
So if you want to you can call the police and file a report.
