Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
So on bation, got caught with under 2 oz. of marjuana. Probation revoke and has a warrant. Also a warrant for driving on suspended license. I know he took the test but thought he fail because I have never seen a actual driving license. The state of texas says he does.

What is your question? He is going to have his license suspended further for a drug conviction. And, he is likely to serve jail time for violating probation.
