My boyfriend was sentenced to 75 days then be released on shock probation.. his 75 days are up how long til all the paperwork be done and him be released

One is never sentenced to 75 days then to be released. At 75 days, a decision will be made on whether he has conducted himself properly and is worthy of shock probation. It can be a LONG time until it happens, if ever.
