my boyfriend had two warrants out of the county that we live in. he was arrested and is currently being held in another county. one of his charges has a 20,000.00 bond the other has no bond. he was arrested exactly one week ago today. how long can they legally hold him if the county where he has the warrants does not come to transport him?

I think it is a matter of policy. I suggest you call the jail and ask. I believe in Bexar County they will only hold for ten days for out of county warrants if there is nothing pending in County.
