Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a brother that got infected with TB in a Texas prison. i want to know if I can do something to get him out even if his parolle isnt untill 2014?

Many people get TB while incarcerated. The only possibility is a time cut or some other action for medical reasons. However, he must be really sick and costing the State a lot of money for treatment before this would even be considered. There are many inmates who are very sick and very old who remain in prison.
