Unfortunately, at this point you have agreed to the probation and the judge has the option to sentence to you up to maximum that he or she gave you when you agreed and were sentenced to the probation. There is a chance that he or she will just take your desire to do jail time as a sign that you want to go out and be able to do whatever illegal activities you want to do (even if that is not the case). So you will probably end up doing more time than you would have if you had just originally agreed to go to jail (at least this is what my clients end up doing in your situation). I would recommend speaking with the lawyer who put you on probation for more specific advice.
