charge of indecency with child
want to know how long in jail time if he is guity or if go to trail how much chance he has to be not in jail?

Really need to know more to know if eligible for probation. Indeceny is either a 2nd degree felony (if contact) or a 3rd degree felony (if exposure). If 3rd degree facing 2 to 10 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. If 2nd degree then facing 2 to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
