I was charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle but I was wanting to kill myself them to shoot me. I have a major mental illness and Drug addiction. I am a fermale 130 pounds I feel they used excessive force but being a cops step daughter I know that's a joke right? Well it's true I have never been in trounle for anything major until this. what do you think its in Hays county.

I think you first need to hire a lawyer. Then, talk with that lawyer about having a psychological evaluation done on you to determine whether you were sane at the time and competent now. As you know, evading in a motor vehicle is a felony and a serious matter. The fact that you ran from the police allows them more leeway in the use of force.
