Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was charged with possession of CP and the detectives have been lying to my daughter's mother's family, saying that i molested her or harmed her in some way. Maybe saying that i took pictures of her. Ive done no such thing and they have no evidence of any photos. How is this legal? How is this not slander? They're causing undo trauma on my daughters family.
