My child's picture on internet
Can someone post a picture of my minor infant child without my consent on the world wide web? What can I do about this?

Not if it is being used for commercial purposes.
Otherwise, it is my understanding that the area is more gray. Contact the poster/website hosting service. Tell them to take it off.
