community service
If i did my community service at a highschool does it still count towards my court appointed sentence?

This is a matter that would have to be taken up with the coordinator for community service. The probation department in your county should have such a coordinator. Inform them of the hours you performed and see if they will accept them.
Ultimately, they don't have to if they do not want to.
