Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

My fiance and I had a huge fight
this past weekend he hit me in the
face, tossed our daughter out of a
vehicle in her car seat though,
vehicle was not moving, the police
were called. Does he need a
lawyer? And is it possible that
maybe he won't have to get jail
time? The charges are assault,
bodily injury,and injury to a minor.

does he need a lawyer? I would say absolutely! Those are serious charges.
Can he avoid jail time? maybe. A lot of that will depend on his past criminal history and the prosecutor and the details of the case.

Why are you looking for a lawyer for him? If he did this to you, he will do it again, and you need to think about your child.

Yes, he needs a lawyer. He is facing very serious charges.
