Current law on statue of limitations and rules TASK Force is bound by
Once charged with a Possession of Controlled Substance how long does the State have to prosecute/or indict?
If a person wears a wire and neither are peace officers and they do not enter the home and make a bust how can the wire be used against a person?
If someone has been to prison more than once for DWI and they are off all paper and get a Possession of Controlled charge can they give the Habitual enhancement or do they have to have been down for the same crime 3 times?

Hello there,
The district attorney for the state of Texas has three years to present your case to a grand jury in order to obtain an indictment.
If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.
