Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My daughter was arrested at walmart for shop thifting but her friends stole the items. They found the merchandise in her friends purse not on my daughter. They let her friend go. Can we plea not guilty and try to fight this?

Yes! Plead not guilty and demand a jury trial. Don't make any deals with the prosecutor.
