Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

drug paraphenelia

i was at my grandmother's house

and she was not there. cops

showed up thinking someone had

breaked in and me and my friends

had left our bagpacks outside along

with a box with three marijuana

pipes. we heard the cop and got

scared so we ran away. later i

came back and saw our stuff had

been searched through and the

pipes gone. they have my name.

what punishment am i facing and

would a warrant be issued? in how

long?
