Is there any type of Legal Aide for someone wronfully accused and wants to get arrest record exspunged because of employment. I was in a domestic violence altercation and I tried to defend myself and I called the police out. The other party was arrested and 5 minutes later he was released from cuffs and I was arrested. It was self defense and I was No Billed and never had to go to court on this. I am a student in the Medical field and have been turned down by an employer because of this. Is it fair for someone that was innocent and never indicted to have to pay $1000 as if they were convicted?

Yes you can get it expunged. I assume that the $1000 you refer to is the legal fees for the expunction. You could always try to do it yourself.
