Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Falsley accused
How can one defend oneself.We have hired an attorney
paid him $15000.00 now told he can no longer repersent
unless we pay additonal $15000.00.We are not wealthy people
We have sined depos,both have in the past threaned molestation,CPS,school counselers investegaited their allegations.both biological daughter and step daughter,went to their mothers,they knew about these allegations the girls were makeing.We need help this is true.We can not afford another attorney,our credit is ruint.What now?

I do not recommend trying to defend youself in court against charges of child molestation. If you have no more money, then you should ask your attorney to withdraw from your case and request a court appointed attorney.
