If you have one felony conviction on your record can you get this record expunged or sealed?

If you have a final conviction you cannot have it expunged.
However, if you were placed on deferred probation and successfully completed it, you would not have been found guilty.
If that is the case you would then be eligible to have your record expunged.

The short answer is probably not. It is worth your while however, to get a complete copy of your file from the District Clerk for an attorney to review. Occasionally, a case that does not on its face qualify for expunction, actually can be expunged. TCL
