Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

need to find a lawyer in texas that will take this kind of case.

Someone used my credit card fraudulently, to have over $9000.00 worth of property sent to my house when I wasn�t home. The Credit card company contacted us before the items where delivered and we put a stop payment on it. But the next day the items where apparently delivered any way. We called the Card Company and they said that we should not contact the sheriffs department and we should simply let the credit card Company assign an investigator. We never saw the investigator or talked to them, but two days ago we receive a card suggesting that we call them. The investigator accused us of having taken the items and suggested that we ''return the items'' and stop the investigation because we can go to jail for filing false reports. Can your law offices handle a situation like this, or can you recommend one that can?
